it took forever to get to me, and when i did get it it was all dried out and not even pigmented. maybe it was a dud, but i swear after drawing a thin line on one eye, it completely dried out. very frustrating for having to pay $9 and wait 3 weeks for a liner.

it works great the first few days and then gets really dry. it skips A LOT and will literally pick up eyeliner that was already placed down. I only paid like $4 so I knew it wasn't gonna be great but I've bought eyeliners around the same price range that are way better.
