This is a beautiful palette! All shades are very pigmented and apply and blend out beautifully! I have light toned skin and blue eyes and I only have to apply the smallest amount for wonderful color payoff. With the shade range and pigmentation, I can see this palette being very versatile and able to be built up in color and useable for a wide variety of skin tones. Highly recommend this palette!
