Creamy but fades in the waterline

I love the color and consistency of this eyeliner.... better than most drugstore options and much more affordable too! But I notice if does seem to fade / dissolve after only a few hours of wear. Upon initial application though, it looks flawless

I bought Shimmer Teal and Shimmer Pearl while these pencils were on sale for $6 and I feel like I really got a good deal. Shimmer Teal is a pretty color, basically seafoam green on my skin tone, and Shimmer Pearl is a nice light pink. As soon as I swatched them on my arm I was impressed by how smooth they go on. I really want to try the other colors now and see how they look on me!

This pencil changed my maleup game! A good white pencil is the hardest to find and most barely show on my skin color. The power pencil is so smooth and silky but out lasts even my best black liners!!
